Dr. Angelo Cacciatore DMD
Dr. Angelo earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University College of Dental Medicine. After graduation, he worked in private practice, caring for infants, children, and adolescents. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for pediatric dentistry, which led him to pursue a two-year residency at the University of Texas in San Antonio. There, he gained extensive training in behavior management, sedation, hospital dentistry, and working with children who have special healthcare needs.
Now, Dr. Angelo is excited to begin his journey at Acorn Dentistry for Kids. He’s committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where young patients feel safe, comfortable, and confident. He strongly connects with Acorn’s motto, “Every child gets a smile,” because it captures what pediatric dentistry is all about—making sure every child feels seen, cared for, and empowered.
Dr. Angelo finds pediatric dentistry incredibly rewarding and meaningful. “I get to help build trust, ease fears, and make dental visits a positive experience—something I hope leaves a lifelong impact by creating a healthy image of healthcare providers.” As a big kid at heart, he loves blending clinical expertise with empathy, creativity, and fun.
Outside of the office, Dr. Angelo stays busy with a wide range of hobbies. “I’ve got more hobbies than I have free time—but that’s part of the fun!” He enjoys gardening, cooking (with the occasional smoke alarm adventure), staying active through exercise, and constantly learning something new. Whether it’s picking up a new skill or diving into a topic that sparks curiosity, he believes staying active and curious helps him connect with kids—who are always learning, growing, and discovering the world around them.
